• Your name, phone number and city, when you fill in a form or send an order request.
• Details of the pieces you are interested in, notes, dates and any photos you share with us.
• Who referred you, if you tell us.

How forms and orders work

When you submit a form on this website (Custom Design, Contact, Book a Visit or Refer & Earn), the details you type in, and any photos you add, are sent to us by email so we can reply to you. A backup copy is kept on our web hosting so that your enquiry is not lost if the email fails. If you contact us on WhatsApp instead, your message goes through WhatsApp, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to it. Payments are arranged with us directly once your order is confirmed. We never ask for card or bank details on this website.

What is saved on your device

Your wishlist and cart are saved in your browser on your own device so they are still there when you return. They are not sent to us, and you can clear them at any time by removing the items or clearing your browser's site data.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and confirm price, availability and payment.
• To arrange visits, video calls, deliveries and after-sales care.
• To thank you for a referral.

We do not sell your information.

Sharing

We share your details only when needed to serve you — for example with a delivery partner to deliver your order — or if the law requires it.

Third-party services

This website's fonts are served from the website itself, so no font provider sees your visit. The website is hosted with Hostinger, which may record basic technical details such as your IP address to keep the site running and secure. Form submissions reach us through our business email provider. The website also links out to WhatsApp and Instagram, which have their own privacy policies.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your details only as long as we need them for the reasons above. You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp.
